By accessing this website or using the Xcell1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any onboarding agreement signed with Xcell1 Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to institutional data is scoped by role. You must not attempt to access data or features outside the permissions granted to your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the security of the platform.

The platform, its software, branding, and content are owned by Xcell1 Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Data you or your institution upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Xcell1 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change.
